We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with department heads to define hiring needs.
• Source potential candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the interview process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Create and publish job ads on various platforms.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and handling pre-joining formalities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role (preferred).
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with bulk or volume hiring (if applicable).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
